With a Degree in Human Resources Management, a Master in Management and an International Certification in Coaching, she’s is always seeking to learn more. 

Sofia accumulates more than 20 years of working experience in HR, where she had the chance to work in, both, national and international companies, playing technical roles and later as project manager, consultant and Director, leading teams from different nationalities, experiences, and sizes. 

In her private life she’s always looking to having new experiences, travelling, practicing sports, seeking to get a better version everyday while spending time with her loved ones, like her two sons.

Passioned about history, politics, business and human behaviour, overcoming challenges together with other people is what inspires Francisco. 

A team player, interested in people that never lets others down or give up of a challenge. 

Pursuing a Degree in Management, Francisco managed to acquire interesting management tools to understand our clients’ businesses and supporting them to grow, together with their people.

In his private life, Francisco plays boxe, football, practices fitness regularly, and loves to go out with his family, friends, and girlfriend.

What does Angela like the most? To deliver!

With a Master’s degree in environmental engineering and a post-graduation in People Management, Angela never stop learning.

Angela has more than 10 years of working experience in Quality, Environment and Safety Management and more than 5 years in Human Resources Management.

Along her career she had the opportunity to work in different sectors, with special emphasis in the industry sector, where she had the opportunity to review processes and systems and certify her clients according to the norms in place for quality, environment, safety, and Human resources, while leading different teams.

In her private life she loves to be surrounded by the people she loves and travelling, so she’s always planning her next stop!
